About This Course

Younique Rebrand to Profit is a 6-week incubator designed to help you rebuild your personal brand from the inside out…so you can gain clarity, confidence, visibility, and income.

This is not a typical personal branding course focused on logos, colors, or aesthetics.

This is a repeatable rebrand system that helps you:

  • Define who you are (Identity)
  • Clarify who you are for (Influence)
  • Show up strategically and monetize (Impact)

Through short, powerful lessons, guided reflections, and strategic frameworks, you will build a living Brand Book—a tool you can revisit every time you evolve.

By the end of this program, you won’t just “feel clearer.”
You will think, show up, and make decisions like a brand.

What makes this course different (and hard to duplicate):

  • It is identity-led, not aesthetics-led
  • It is built on a repeatable rebrand system (not a one-time reset)
  • It is anchored in reflection + decision-making, not templates alone

Certification is earned through submission + self-audit, not passive watching

This is not a “personal branding course.” This is a Rebrand Operating System women return to every time they evolve.

Laptop or Mobile Phone

6 Parts
1.1 The Younique Approach: Introduction to the Program

Welcome to the Younique Approach

Outcome: Why this course is different

Exercise:

Why am I rebranding now?

Volume -
1.2 The Iceberg Analogy

You need to understand inside out branding

Iceberg breakdown:

1. Below surface: identity, values, purpose, energy, beliefs

2. Above surface: communication, social media, style, reputation

Exercise:

Label what they have been focusing on: surface vs foundation

Volume -
2.1 Identity is your anchor

Identity is your anchor

Your Younique Identity™ is the part of your brand that rarely changes — even when your roles do.

In this section, we will run exercises that will help you define what anchors you — so every decision you make moving forward feels aligned, not confusing.”

By the end of this section you should be able to have your brand guide complete - your vision, mission, purpose, personal brand statement, Values and Red thread.

Volume -
2.2 Vision - Seeing Beyond Today

Vision: Writing Your Future Bio, on your workbook or notebook

Vision is about deciding where you’re going before life gets loud.

When you have clarity on who you’re becoming and what you’re building, your daily actions stop feeling random. Even on hard days, even when progress feels slow, your vision becomes your north star — the thing that keeps you focused, aligned, and steady.

Exercise: As guided in the video

Take a moment and write your speaker bio as if that future has already happened.

1. Who are you known as?

2. What problems do you solve?

3. Who do you serve?

4. What impact are you recognized for?

5. What words describe your leadership, your influence, your contribution? Apart from work who are you? Any hobbies?

Volume -
2.3 Vision - Your Role in the world

Vision isn’t only about where you are going. It’s also about the role you play in the world around you.

We don’t build brands in isolation — we live, work, and grow among people. And with visibility, influence, and leadership comes responsibility: to contribute to a better world in a way that feels aligned with who you are.

Exercise:

Return to the future speaker bio you wrote earlier.

Now, add one more statement — a vision statement that reflects your role in the world.

Complete this sentence in your own words:

“[Your Name] envisions a world where ________, and she contributes to this by __________.”

For example:

“I envision a world where women are free from poverty, and I contribute to this by investing in girls’ education and economic empowerment.”

Volume -
2.4 Mission - Turning Vision into Action

Vision shows you the world you want to see. Mission is how you bring that world closer — one day at a time.
Your mission lives in the everyday actions you commit to. It’s the bridge between the ideal and the real. Between the future you imagine and the work you’re willing to do now. This is where your skills, your vocation, your business, and your service meet.

Exercise:

1. Defining Your Mission - Your mission statement should clearly answer:

What do I do, every day, to bring my vision to life?

It is action-oriented and grounded in contribution. It often begins with phrases like:

1. To transform

2. To build

3. To empower

4. To equip

5. To create

Think of your mission as a combination of:

1. Your skills and expertise

2. Your vocation or business

3. Your social or community impact

Reflective Exercise:
1. Writing Your Mission - Using your vision statement, write 1–2 mission statements that describe your daily commitment.

Complete this sentence in your own words:

“My mission is to __________ so that __________.”

For example:

“My mission is to build purposeful personal brands for women so they can access visibility, leadership, and economic opportunity.”

Ask yourself as you write:

1. Does this feel practical?

2. Can I act on this weekly, monthly, and yearly?

3. Does this bridge my ideal world with the work I’m actually doing?

2.5 Purpose - Why You Exist Beyond Roles

Purpose answers the deepest question of all: why do you do what you do?

Your purpose is what you would still care about even if the title changed. It’s the impact you want your life’s work to point toward.
It’s the reason your mission matters beyond productivity or success.

Reflective Exercise: Naming Your Purpose

Take a moment to pause.

Ask yourself:

1. When everything is stripped away, what am I really here to do?

2. What change do I want my work to make in people’s lives?

3. If my career and income are tools, what are they ultimately serving?

Now write it down.

Complete this sentence in your own words:

“My purpose is to __________.”

Don’t overthink it. Purpose doesn’t need to be loud or complex, it needs to be true. When your brand is built from purpose, it carries weight. It endures.
And it becomes something people don’t just notice, they believe in.

2.6 Values - Introduction and Identifying your top 5 Values

Asking someone “What are your values?” or giving them a list usually leads to answers that feel like what they should value, rather than what truly drives them.
To discover authentic core values, we need to draw them out naturally.

Exercise:

1. Follow the instructions to elicit your top 10 values

2. Choose 3–5 values

3. Define what each looks like in action

Volume -
2.7 Your Unique Thread

Definition: The YOUnique Thread is that special thing people naturally notice about you, the essence of what makes you, well, you. We break it down into two types:

Exercise:

1. Collect 5 real compliments

2. Identify the pattern

3. Reflect on how to position them to win

Stop / Start / Continue + Mountain Analogy

Outcome: Strategic self-leadership
Mountain Analogy:

1. Bottom = reactive, emotional, tactical

2. Top = visionary, calm, strategic

Exercise:

Stop / Start / Continue worksheet

Volume -
Week 3: Influence (Focus & Energy)
3 Parts
3.1 Circles of Influence

This is where your brand power lives. Here we will show you how to focus on the right circles and ignore

Circles:

1. Control

2. Influence

3. Concern

Exercise:

1. What is one bold action in my control that would immediately strengthen my personal brand?

2. Identify top 3 actions in Circle of Control (30 days)

3. Download the list of examples on the different circles

Volume -
3.2 The 3 Currencies of Life

Every day, you spend three currencies, whether you’re aware of it or not: time, money, and energy.

Currencies:

1. Time

2. Energy

3. Money

Exercise: How Are You Overspending?
Reflect and write down where you might be leaking your three currencies:

1. Time: What tasks, meetings, or commitments take up your time without moving you toward your goals?

2. Money: Where are you spending money that doesn’t contribute to your vision, growth, or impact?

3. Energy: What interactions, habits, or environments drain your energy instead of empowering it?

Once you’ve written these down, ask yourself:

1. Which of these are necessary for my vision and brand?

2. Which can I delegate, limit, or remove entirely?

3. How can I redirect each currency to what truly matters to my audience and my brand’s growth?

Volume -
3.3 Niche vs Micro‑Niche (Clarity Video)

Analogy:

Mass niche: A supermarket (needs volume)

Micro-niche: A specialist clinic (needs trust)

You can be profitable, impactful, and booked with 500 aligned people.

Exercise:

Draw three overlapping circles: Passion, Market Demand, Skills/Process. Then map:

1. The problem you solve

2. The people you serve

3. Your position in the market

4. The process you use to deliver results

Where the circles intersect and your 4-part framework aligns is your micro-niche, your sweet spot where visibility, energy, and profit converge. Write it down and keep it visible. This is where your brand can stand out, attract the right people, and thrive.

3. Document Your Looks

Volume -
